Hi Guys!
I've been following this board with interest for the last few years. I finally acquired an ECM Botticelli II in very decent condition here in Amsterdam. I think everything works fine except that, when I press the "steam" button the corresponding light on the left doesn't light up, and the temperature remains steady, when it should increase of course. Those of you familiar with this model, what do you think the problem is? I was able to make steamed milk with it earlier in the day for the first time, and now nothing. If it's simply a lose connection, do you think I could take the top off of this machine and look inside myself? Too risky?
