Hi all,

I know this is a home barista site but I was wondering if any of you have commercial experience. I am starting a job as a dedicated barista next week and have never really worked as one before. (Some experience on a machine in a cafe but never as the main barista.)

Do any of you have any tips in terms of workflow and making the coffee consistently?

Will they train you? Why worry? It's hard to give tips when you come from almost no experience to be honest.

General advice? Be pedantic. Treat your coffee gently.
