I have a chance to pick up an Illy pod Unic Phoenix for $250. Does anyone have experience with adding a pod-to-standard-portafilter conversion kit to a Unic Phoenix (~$300)? I've read that the conversion process is relatively straightforward, but I was wondering if anyone has actual experience with the espresso after the conversion? Basically, does the conversion negatively impact the espresso? Thanks!
