Hello all
In the near future I plan to buy an espresso coffee machine for espresso as well as for steam (latte + cappuccino, etc.) ... Both functions are equally important.
I am deciding between these four machines:
Rocket R58 - http://www.rocket-espresso.it/models/r58/
Izzo Alex Duetto 3/MK IV -http://www.alexduetto.com/index.php?opt ... Itemid=108
Quickmill Vetrano 2B -http://www.quickmill.it/MyIndex.php?Lan ... d_prod=109
Vibiemme Domobar Super 2B -http://www.vbmespresso.com/en/products. ... ion=clean#
Coffee Grinder:
Mazzer Mini El A or B - http://www.mazzer.com/scheda.asp?idprod=8 or http://www.mazzer.com/scheda.asp?idprod=9
Macap M4D / M5D - http://www.macap.it/
I have a dilemma and do not know what to choose. I have not even tried out one machine and I'm looking for info from the internet. For me the differences in price are not important. I want the best from this selection
Could you please help me pick from these espresso coffee machines and coffee grinders?
Thank you for your opinions and recommendations about why and what is best

I would choose the Vibiemme out of the 4 machines. It is the only one with the true E61 Faema patent grouphead. I loved my Vibiemme when I had it. Second choice would be the Vetrano. I would skip on the Duetto and Rocket due to many instances of "issues" that I have personally seen with them. Of course any of these machines are still great machines and price, aesthetics, ergonomics and a knowledgeable retailer near you might come into play. Don't forget to look into the La Spaziale Vivaldi II as well unless you want only an E61 style machine.
The Macap over the Mazzer only because its a weight class above the Mini. However, I would personally choose neither. I would either go Compak K10 Fresh, MXK, M7K or M7D in that order. The Conical grind is what most people prefer (unless you prefer flat blades then I would get a Mazzer Major or Major E) and the Compak K10 is one of the best. Personally If you want to skip the doser and only go for electronic I would recommend the K10 over the Macap as well as I find the Macap retains more grinds in my opinion. Local service is not as much of an issue with any of these. They are pretty much bullet proof and any of those burrs will last a very long time for household use.
Good luck
