Well I couldn't wait any longer I ordered a gene cafe. This a good start and there's much for me to learn on this drum hot air roaster. My question is, I got 5 pounds of indian mysore Chikmagalur coffee beans with the roaster. These will be my first roast so does anyone have any suggestive directions or past experience with roasting these beans? I hope to use these for drip and say as a city to full city+ roast. I do have an espresso bean order of sweet Marie's monkey blend coming. Simple roasting terms and directions might be best for this newbie at roasting!
