Good Day,
based on your experience, could you please advise me the best brewing practice/methods used for kenya coffee (high grades beans AA, AB, PB). to get the best taste and lose minimum qualities.
Will appreciate your answers, Best regards, Anfisa

Hi Anfisa,
Good question; but I'm not sure for what you are looking, the basic type of brewing method or the specific recipe.
For brewing method, I like Kenyas more as French Press or in any other steeping method than as drip coffee or any percolation method. For recipe, I like to brew them a little stronger than usual, about 15 parts water to one part coffee, by weight, and with a grind slightly finer than usual for whatever brewing method you might chose.
