Hi I cannot find any posts regarding this 64mm flat burr grinder. I will be happy to speak to anyone else who has this grinder (Gaggia Commercial MD64) as I need to find out how to get the best out of this particular grinder. The instruction manual is so brief (more like a thong than a brief). Please help.

Based on images I've seen of the Gaggia MD64, it looks like a rebadged Macap MX. Searching on the exact model you own may be helpful if you have very specific repair questions, but I believe the means to "get the best out of a grinder" doesn't change among 64mm flat burr grinders.

That kind of info is exactly what I was looking for Dan. So I guess I will read up on the Macap MX then..
