Help PID my popper

Hello HB peeps!
I need help on my west bend popper 1,I'm planning to buy Fuji PXR3 and install a PID on my popper but don't know how to wire it,try to search online for step by step on how to wire PID but no luck I could find,little help is much appreciated,thank you.

I've done a little work on PIDing a popcorn popper. First, read Modding a generic popper on the cheap to help understand popcorn popper circuitry and its limitations.

Once you have separate fan/heating circuits, you just need to connect the heating element circuit to the SSR output and insert the temperature probe into the beans when roasting.
