I have four (3 regular plus one bottomless) but none have the retaining clip. However, one has a very interesting clip placed on the outside that the user can flip up to secure the basket when they intend to knock out the coffee puck. I'll post a picture later today. The basket themselves are easy to source and relatively, since they do not degrade over time, cheap.
