they come with a very light weight wire bottle brush. Much faster than anything else i have used to clean it up.

The bristles on the brush supplied by Baratza are actually stiff nylon, the only metal portion is the twisted wire handle and then, the end that is inserted into the grinder has a small epoxy protective cap. So, no metal is touching the burrs when cleaning with that brush. Take care!
