Carrying the cooking metaphor a step further, one might note that many ovens have digital displays showing the temperature inside. Very useful.

Well you certainly are going to get a contrast between your tiny manual Cremina and gigantic, fully commercial one group, plumbed-in spring lever Pompei. Looking forward to one day hear your comparison of the shots.
