Chemex Cloth Filters

Anyone have any experience with these? Just got my chemex for Christmas and my fiancé included these filters. I have yet to brew a good cup with my chemex, still experimenting, but I'm really trying to get into these cloth filters.
Also, what's a good chemex ratio in grams + good grind size?
