I am looking for suggestion for a 220v fan speed controller which does not causing noise to the Huky fan - I mean which does not cause EMI problems an hum sound from the motor.
I need 220v due to my local electricity net, do all the product that based on 120v are not suitable for me.
Waiting to hear your suggestions.

This is the one I just purchased: http://www.circuitspecialists.com/varia ... 05kva.html
Received Wednesday of this week and seems to work well.
Sorry, just re-read your post and see you're looking for a 220V Variac. They may have them if you search their site.

Any European Huky user with a 220v input fan speed controller that doesn't cause the Huky fan to hum & doesn't cause spikes in Artisan???

Hi Ziv
I finally got a Variac / Autotransformer (220 V - 500 VA) and it works pretty well It costed me around 70 €. It is more or less the device shown by LTD but in 220V (basic Chinese product).
I had no electrical interference: neither with the thermometer nor with the PC and Artisan (no waterfall in the curve). Notice that i have already changed the original switch on the cord.
For low speed, i am at about 75V. It is smooth and progressive. I recommend you such device.
