OPV adjustment on Lelit PL60 Plus T

Hi there,
I recently purchased the Lelit PL60 Plus T. It seems to work very well except that it does pull very fast: 20 seconds for a quite fine grind. That problem corresponds fine with the fact that the gauge goes to 12 bars when brewing.

I think the OPV must be off - don't you?
Does anyone have experiences with adjusting Lelit OPV's? I've read somewhere that Lelit Loctite's the adjustment screws to prevent adjustment. Is this correct?
