Glade to hear you finally got a good shot.
While I have a triple basket I haven't used it much. The few times I have I got vary slow thick ristretto shot that where vary sweet and yummy.(Using Red line)
I would think your pulls with the triple basket would easily chock your machine. But with that said, stick with the double basket for a while and revisit the triple at a latter date.
You may what to read up on triple basket extractions they can be difficult to perfect.
