This is my first Compass Coffee and I'm impressed. I have the Konga, Handlebar, and Delirium waiting for me in the freezer. Can't wait.

Envious line-up.

Thanks--I did splurge a bit! Especially if that Linea joins the line-up

Mike

What happened to the "Don Mayo" DRIP roast? Is it already gone?

Really the 3 way melange roast is good non-espresso too...just overall a tad darker with darkest of the 3 roasts City+ ...so it's not like some layman's term (dark) "espresso roast!"

Before lunch, this morning I prepared 7.5gr / 15ml ristretto, with Square Mile's Bosque de San Francisco, from Francis Dalton in Guatemala, grinded fine with the HG One and pulled with the Strega with a shorter PI (left the lever go with 10 - 11 sec, emulating a Mcal, as described by Jim S).
When I tasted it I, literally, got goose skin ...
The taste was very nice, this has been my favorite coffee this year, but the feeling was something new for me ...
The best of it was that the aftertaste sticked in the throat and for quite a while, each time I swallowed, I got the taste and the same goose skin and happiness feeling coming back again ...

I love your description! I remember my first experience with a god shot, I was drinking it as I was walking out the door of the cafe and it literally stopped me in my tracks.
