True regarding quicker roasting times, but also decaf roast can tend to appear darker than it actually is.
Our OP needs to use his EARS, if possible.
Espresso roasting doesn't have to go 10 seconds into 2nd crack to taste like....espresso.
Monkey blend, for example for my taste goes 5 seconds into 2nd snap on my Behmor, I hit cool, let it coast 20 seconds, then open the door, and do something to the hot beans I shouldn't do whilst they are in the roaster. :oops: :lol:

Try Bolivia AA Decaf Organic San Ignacio from http://artisancoffeeimports.com/green-coffee/ and roast it to FC+ for a chocolatey SO espresso.
