We have been using Cash & Carry's house brand Ambiance Soy for close to 6 years. Steam it like you would 1-2% milk and good even texture. C&C's all over Seattle area and don't have to buy a case and don't need a membership (or business license) to buy there. Ya might pick up a carton and give it a try.
