You cannot use any other burr set in the M3 than the flat 68 Alinox combined with the 68 conical made for VL, without making any major changes of the funnels, shaft and wipers.
The motor won't even allow another burr set with a more agressive cut than the Alinox because of the low torque of the 120W motor.
The other thing is, personally I doubt that the result could be any better with just a conical burr set instead of the hybrid combination it has now.
