Second one down seems pretty good. That was just a search of "Chicago Cafe".

Quick list off the top of my head that I may update as I think of more. Roughly in the order of preference, but it REALLY boils down to who is working the shop that day.

- Ipsento (on-site roasting)
- Bad Wolf Coffee (Brand new. if you're lucky, they're still serving CC's Apollo 11)
- Buzz: Killer Espresso (local, off-site roasting)
- Caffe Streets (possibly have switched to their own, local, off-site roasts)
- Wormhole (local, off-site roasting)
- Star Lounge (local, around-the-corner roasting at Dark Matter)
- Gaslight Coffee Roasters (Local, next-door roasting - also roasts for Wormhole)

Others I haven't tried but are reportedly good:
- Ellipses
- Bow Truss

Others that many like, but I do not
- Big Shoulders

Buy a bag of Passion House Coffee to to take home. I thoroughly enjoyed the El Salvador Las Nubes #11.
