Red Bird is my "go to" coffee. I order 5 pounds of Blue Jaguar every two weeks and plan the orders so that it can rest at least five days. It is at its peak from seven to about fourteen days. I'm also partial to Red Bird espresso and order it as an alternate. Brews fine in the Termazona (Aurora), but requires an HX flush. It does not like to be too hot.
