Thank you for your inputs. I'll probably just put some tape on there and add some marks.
After being a K10 owner for 7 hours I'm blown away by the performance of this grinder.
I only recently purchased "espresso gear". Machine + grinder. Started off with a brand new ECM grinder two weeks ago and have been having a hard time ever since. Inconsistent shots, clumping, having to use WDT and so on. The list is long. I think out of the 100+/- espresso shots I've made in the last couple of weeks, maybe 5 was really enjoyable.
I've now pulled 6-7 shots using the K10 (single dosing). Dialing it in. (need a little more dialing in). I'm so impressed. I CAN actually make a really good espresso. I would never have imagined that the grinder had such a huge impact on the final result.
