Hi
I want to reduce the number of Chemex brewers I have.
Currently i have one three cup chemex, two 6 cup Chemex brewers and one eight cup chenex and w even the huge 13 cup, which I can barely handle.
75% of the time, I want to brew 20 ounces. 20% of the time, I brew 10-12 ounces. Very occasionally (<5%) I brew large batches of 25-35 ounces and these never taste as good because of extended brew times.
I am running out of storage space.
Would it make the most sense to retain the three cup and one of the six cup brewers? I am not opposed to using the six cup to make multiple batches if need be. Would it make sense to retain both six cup brewers?
Again I have not had great luck with large batch sizes. They tend to taste over extracted.
Your suggestions would be welcome.
Thanks
Jay

It sounds like it would make the most sense to keep a 3 cup and 6 cup.

Does anyone want to trade their 3 cup and 6 cup Chemexes for my 10 cup?
Naw, I didn't think so.
