You are not going to improve anything with a different machine. Sorry. Order Gaggia parts online, fix it, get a better grinder, and buy some coffee that you like. The grinder and the fact that you don't like this coffee are your biggest holdbacks.

+1. Get yourself a higher quality grinder before a better machine. Then order some deeper coffees. Its pretty clear that florals are not your thing, and you cant change the coffee to taste the way you want it.
