What is the current pressure on Galatea ? At this shot what was the maximum pressure ? I have galatea's twin sister ,Giulia . I think this is a tight shot and also a short shot .

Yiasou Cubanero
As I said in my post the video was made to show the coffee ooze from my home roast

The Galatea (tank version) is set at 10 bar by my group handle testing gauge
Yes the shot is a little short
I do however like to finish my shots at around 20 to 23 seconds

My new machine a Bezzera BZ40 (plumbed in) is set at 9 bar and a video showing the test gauge is also on you tube

The problem is that i cant reach the opv at Giulia because is very difficult to disassembly the cover. I dont know which screw to unscrew of the 3 on the opv. Can you please upload a video frothing because the Giulia and Domus are steaming beasts ?

Gaggia Classic with OPV Mod and Capresso Infinity Conical Burr Grinder

Refining every day and getting better and better...still not quite there yet.

I'm going to try the WDT method tomorrow for the first time and see if I can get a straighter shot.
