Yes more with the wild almonds. I am sure that any 'organic' almond would be of the more domestic type and will have no problem with that. Consider that me being stupid for a moment.

No worries! I really urge you guys to give almond milk a try if you see it at your local Wholefoods or wherever. It's really quite tasty and makes a wonderful latte.

Vitasoy Soy Milky is by far the best thing I have found so far - remember Soy milk heat a lot quicker so you will just need to adapt your usual process to the quicker time.
