Single shot cimbali

Can not achieve decent single shot with Cimbali junior and cimbali m21 using the single pf

Any ideas about the coffee amount (in my opinion 7g is not enough for Cimbali pf)

or the grinding level of the junior

It will depend not just on the machine and basket, but on the coffee.
1. Adjust the size of the shot to the size of the dose. Roughly 20ml for both liquid and crema from 7 grams
2. Adjust your grind so the shot takes 25 to 39 seconds regardless of dose.
3. Dose higher if the coffee lacks strong bitter and sour flavors, dose less if those flavors are too much.
