Okay, here's a list:

- tamper
- knock box
- digital scale
- espresso detergent/cleaner (Cafiza, Puro Caff, or Joe Glo)
- Grindz or Puro Caff grinder cleaner (both brands seem to be owned by Urnex)
- grinder brush(es)
- Pällo group head brush
- baskets (varying sizes)
- Dow 111 lubricant
- dark towels (microfiber?)
- citric acid
- steaming pitcher

Anything else?

Good call. I have those exact things. They are indeed a dandy, provided the roaster uses those thin bags. I begged one from Orsir, but I think I may have to buy a few more.
