I'll throw in my $.02 judging just by your pictures. The first two look like they were brewed at too low of a temperature, or you are using really lightly roasted beans. The middle picture looks to be pulled way too long - serious blonding is visible. The last one looks better.

All look like the crema is foamy, like that out of a pressurized portafilter.

A video would help more than a picture if you can upload one and link it here.
