Yes it's expensive but quite a necessity for making espresso, that's why I suggest french press or aeropress, drip... It's more forgiving than espresso. Such tiny factors make a big difference and it will be really difficult to achieve it with this kind of grinder. But practice, you may find a nice sweet spot!
