Hi, I have some taste/feeling issue with every coffee I'm trying (from light to medium dark roast).
Same coffee, 18 in 36 out, 20/25/30/35/40 seconds, 89 or 95 degrees c, I get a taste or maybe more of a feeling of unripe fruit/green apple.

I'll be using a Decent DE1PRO. I have filter baskets ranging from 18g all the way to 28g. So, other than possibly using smaller baskets, I've got the hardware to try, I think.
