My foray into microfoam... - Page 3

Postby Italyhound on Wed Apr 11, 2007 9:02 pm

Things have really improved for me and I am about 50% of the time getting some good basic art going considering I am flying by the seat of my pants.

I use a 12 oz pitcher which still requires about 4 oz minimum of milk to foam correctly. I make my drinks in espresso cups so I have a question in this regard. Is there a smaller pitcher available that is useful? It's really the depth that seems to be the issue rather than total volume. I wind up going through a lot of milk - 95% of which goes down the drain.
