I have been a barista for almost a year now and today i decided that i should start making my own drink so i did a layered mocha/latte I haven't seen one like this and i took ages plus 4 jugs a milk knife and a steady hand what do you think??

That's pretty impressive looking, but how are you supposed to see the latte art on the middle layers?

it's not latte art just layered. It has caramel and vanilia monin syrup it has a cocoa layer then chocolate layer, the foam rises and I trickled in the espresso then the other half of the espresso was shaken and added finally i palleted a layer of white foam and stenciled some chocolate my heart then sank as i plunged the spoon through the lot and it just looked like a regular mocha and tasted really good too. :)

I can do latte art but i always find that the crema is either very strong in places and others its just foam giving an uneven taste so i opt for stirring in the end.

After all this effort i must say that at the heart of it lies our divine espresso and its how i think we should always drink it on its own but then to enter competitions most of the time u need a created coffee therefore i can't let in the secret ingredient of this drink.its got a kick though.(bit of spice) :D

That's a great presentation you have there! If you decide to do it again, would you mind sharing a video of it? Thanks and have a great day!
