Latte art tutorials

Can you provide me with any tips or great tutorials on how to do latte art? I drink espresso straight and honestly I have no reason to learn this other than to simply impress, but I'm intrigued. I have tried watching a video quickly but it made no sense to me. Perhaps asking would be easiest to find quality tips. I apologize if this has been beaten a thousand times before.

Actually video is the best medium for learning and there is no shortage of them on YouTube. Do a search and practice. Steaming is one of the key steps so don't skip learning that skill!

There have been lots of discussions about latte art. Doing a search for pour latte art yields pages of related links. A Google video search will get you over 600 latte art videos.

Dave's right, there's a bounty of threads on latte art. Regrettably there's no substitute for practice, or better yet, personal instruction. Among the many threads on latte art, Learning latte art with steamed soapy water and Latte Art Challenge[d] are my favorites.
