Hello ;
i need one powder to use for all blended coffee like caribou cooler mix or starbucks frappuccino .
they use one mix to make all coffee blended drinks , in caribou they mix 21.5 OZ with 64 OZ of brewed coffee in big jug and keep it in fridge then use it for blending , they also make decaf blended drinks by mixing the mix with decaf brewed coffee ,
if they need to blended mocha they add chocolate to this mix then blend also for vanilla or caramel .

can anyone tell me where can i find one mix like this , please ?
thank you

Although it may be anathema to some.... the addition of sweeteners, milk and ice masks enough of the subtlety in espresso that you may achieve the same flavor profile by using double strength coffee and then adding some Ferrara or Medaglia D'oro "instant espresso powder". It's actually cheaper and quicker than adding your own espresso shots and I have not been able to taste the difference.

Crucial is the tiny pinch of salt and small amount of chocolate powder you will see in most of these recipes. It doesn't lend a detectable flavor of salt or chocolate to the drink but seems to pull together the flavors. I tried and gave up on Pectin as a thickener / coagulating agent and have had limited success with the food grade caraganeen but it's better with it than without (and it's easy to use to much of it).

Apart from a greater tendency to separate drinking I find that the frozen coffee drinks I make are much tastier, lower in fat and less sweet than any of those I've tried at chain stores.
