I cannot get the flavour out of the coffee. HELP!

I have had a Bezzera Giulia machine with a Bezzera BB005 Grinder for about 6 months now and I have tried various coffee beans, I can manage to get a reasonable crema on the pour but and this is my problem, I cannot get the flavour out of the coffee. Can anyone help please?

+1 HB has good step by steps that will get you where you wanna be. My advise would be to invest in a small scale which will rule out incorrect dose then all you have to do is adjust your grind. Espresso grind resembles ground sugar and should hold it's place when you pinch it in the palm of your hand.

Lastly fresh coffee is key. Aim for coffee no more than 2 weeks old. After that you get less and less crema and fresh taste.
Roast it, Grind it, Brew it!.. Enjoy it!..

Your question is vague. What flavor's are you getting? What are you expecting and what are you getting? Have you had the coffee at a cafe to see how it tastes there? You may be getting all the coffee has to offer. Not all coffee is created equal.
