Help to pull Allongé shots similar to Montreal coffee shops (BES920XL)

Hi,

I'm a big fan of Allongé espresso shots pulled by coffee shops in Montreal (Pikolo, Myriad etc)

I'm new to espresso pulling. Just got a BES920XL double boiler and have Baratza Preciso.

Could someone give me some tips on what parameters to use to achieve a similar shots.
How many grams of coffee? what temperature water?

I'm not sure, but I think the volume of allonges at Pikolo is around 60-80mg?

How many seconds of extraction should I be aiming for ?

Any other tips?
