Only two thirds of them?

That's all I've gotten to, anyways... I was being kind. And careful. If I were to use the number that I'm really thinking of, I know that I'd catch flak from about a hundred pros that hang out here, sure that I was referring to them. OTOH, there are only a handful of shops that I'd hesitate to put my home skills (with my pro gear, and all the time in the world to make it perfect as my advantage) to their daily pulls at work. Some of those same baristi in my house on my gear with all the time they need will definitely kick my butt all over the living room. but their daily push doesn't leave them the luxury of time that I have. That handful, however, can kick my butt while dealing with a line out the door, and still have time to be moderately (and appropriately) pierced, tattooed and gothicly surly. ; >

The Cunill Tranquilo is a great grinder for $200.00. I have had mine for a number of years and it still grinds perfect. It will grind for anything you use from drip to espresso.
