It's had 5 days rest, grinding finer would get me a longer pull but comes close to choking.
or should I shut up and be happy with the pull cause it tastes pretty good?
i've heard somewhere here that shots dont pull consistently through due to needing more rest, so that's the real question as this starts pulling perfectly, then flows way too fast towards the end.
