well i got some of the material mentioned in these links and it was quite a bit thicker than i expected, i thought it wasn't going to fit, but it fit fine and it really worked !

the flow wasn't not impeded and the dispersion screen was squeaky clean afterwards

also to my surprise the filter was completely reusable and sturdy, a quick rinse and a little squeeze out and it was like new

after several shots i swear they were better because the machine was running cooler from less flushing
