I'm based in the UK (Scotland) and imported one of Jim Gallt's PID kits (the Watlow SD3C). It's straightforward to fit - the instructions are excellent and if you are comfortable slipping spade connectors on and off then you'll be fine. Feel free to drop me a note if you require any further info.
The only downside is the import tax and the Royal Mail's handling charge (grrr!).
