I'm still learning how to use it. Initial shots were systematically sour, which was correlated to my cooling flush. Turns out I don't really need one, unless there's great time between shots. Even then, not much is required. Other than that, thing's a workhorse. Love the huge water reservoir and 'drip' tray - practical stuff goes a long way.

Regarding the Black Cat, yeah, it's a great blend. Looking forward to better understanding the components so I can better appreciate the whole. Would guess there's a Sumatran & Ethoipian component; should be an easy hypothesis to refute :)

Also haven't been monitoring this thread, so sorry I missed you on the session w/Heather. Again, recommend as money well spent. Include you're wife, too!
