I just purchased a Faema Carisma, a Baratza Vario and the E61 thermometer from Chris's. Does anyone else have this machine? If so do you use it with the thermometer? How do you use it - flush-and-go? flush-and-wait? Any tips you'd like to pass on? Thanks
