This is an example of how random mutations can help a species to progress in its evolution. This guy will now reproduce more offspring because of this impressive feat.

Dont think I have ever had a drink by him but I do not work out there any longer so it has been a couple months since my last visit. They have a nice crew, intelligent, nice to talk to and they pull some nice shots.

I can't even pour decent latte art forwards :)

This guy was working when I was there a couple weeks ago. He was very good and made a wonderful espresso macchiato! I have always had a great drink there and it is worth the stop if anybody is in the area.

Ha I made the same error when I first did this.
So, so easy! So easy that I made a video for youtube - anyone can do it!

Then I was told that it's not cup but the pitcher that goes around the back

Both my videos are long gone but here's a frame grab:

I'm wondering if the type of females that will be attracted to him are similarly long arms females (similarity attracts), or short arms female (looking to compensate). That will have an effect on the future baristi evolutionary developmental direction.

It's already started happening, with some surprising results, like disproportionally short legs.
