I'm trying to find any machinist on here who works with acrylic and has all the necessary machines for cutting and milling.

Looks like something for which 3d printing would work, would try that before investing in tooling.

Thanks for all the info guys, I didn't know EazyTamp had a new design
BTW ECM only makes 58MM stands, so it wouldn't work for me.

I also checked on eazy tamp and it's the same ol style they've had, So it's back-to the machinists I go.
I still think everyone for their suggestions anyway

It won't take any custom or special tooling to make this - a lathe and a few ordinary bits will make the basic unit and a vertical mill with an end cutter will make the side slot. But I agree that a 3D printer is probably the easiest and best way to make what you want, unless you want it to be milled from a billet for some reason (e.g. weight). There are several 3D printing shops in Ft Lauderdale, and this is a simple piece to make - it probably wouldn't cost you as much to have it printed as to have it machined.

I thought the EZTamp unit comes in 53mm, which should hold a 51 although it very well might not hold a 49 (I don't know which lever machine you have - I'm not experienced enough to tell from the pic).
