I would wait for the MK barista, but if that isn't an option, the ek43 is the obvious winner, single dosing, enormous burrs, and all that jazz.

Truth be told, the matters are more complicated, and it REALLY depends on your usage (at home or commercial), wether you prefer to single dose or wether you stick to the same coffee, wether or not the sheer size of either works for you or doesn't, and wether you do a mix of coffee prep such as pour over/espresso/etc.
Both are truly fantastic grinders, and I've had absolutely killer espresso from either grinder - they're just designed and built for different purposes. Heck - even the espresso that comes out of either is vastly different from one another.
All of the above has been discussed a great deal - sadly I'm on my phone so I can't send easy links, but a quick search on this forum will lead you down a very well discussed path.
