Where could I find a diagram of the internal ventilation of a commercial roasting machine?

My purpose is to compare it with the Quest M3 ventilation system.

In the above link, the uploader, Nguyễn Nam Hải, who could be the Chairman of Viet Nam Coffee and Cocoa Association (VICOFA). The first page including title and author of this review article are missing. Nevertheless, from its writing style I would guess the real author of this article might be Henry G. Schwartzberg, from ICEF-11 meeting.

There are other active links in the public domain (try google the title, I won't link them), and I personally think that, with two big names and file deposited in public domain, it is legit to distribute the link of this excellent review article.
