Redbird gets my vote. I've tried a few mail order and local roasters, maybe 6-8 stores overall. Redbird is my favorite so far, followed by their Blue Jaguar. I am still experimenting with parameters.

After seeing this post I did try the Redbird at 190° "once". That would definitely not be my temp choice for a straight shot. The batch I have on hand yields nice tasting shots in the 198° - 200° range.
