I've been remiss in following-up my post. The Ethiopian Konga from Bodka is delicious ... still is after two weeks (much of that time spent in the freezer).Bbdude wrote:Bought the Ethiopian Konga. Thanks all for the suggestions!

Ethiopians do rock.
Just pulled my last 66G(3 cups out of a V60) jar of Ethopian Yirg Dabub Matebya out of the freezer. Stored in vacuumed Mason half pints. Although wet processed this Dabub really impresses. Lemony honey, mmmm.
Anyone tried the Ethiopia Dry Process Yirg Buufata Konga yet? Hoping the dry process will really bring out the flavors. Tell me I didn't make a 10 pound mistake. We will find out next week.

I'm really enjoying the Bodka Misty Valley Ethiopia right now. My first coffee from them and I think it won't be my last.

I just placed an order with Bodka as I'm running out! Some Konga, Misty Valley, and a few other Aftrican varietals. All great as espresso.
Looking forward to that delivery!
