The most wonderful time of the year. I'm probably going to pick up some acorn squash this week and see if I can get a PSL at the grocery store Starbucks....

hopefully owning an espresso machine doesn't change my appreciation for the PSL.

If you've never made your own pumpkin purée (or had roasted pumpkin), I highly recommend it. Acorn or butternut is probably my favorite. The canned stuff just tastes wrong afterwards

Sugar Pumpkin is the biggest lie of the season, so don't try that. Make sure your knife is sharp and be careful.
